The People Behind Yahagi Industries
Passing Down Technology
From Veterans to the Younger Generation
Although machines and robots are now responsible for the manufacturing process, Yahagi Industries was originally manual sheet metal work based. However, the detailed technology that deals with the 1/100th of a millimeter precision has been passed down from generation to generation, and even today, we maintain the same attitude of interacting with parts and the exchange of opinions between engineers and craftsmen to create fine products.

Introducing the Baseball Club
The baseball club, founded in 1969 and boasting a history of over 50 years, was promoted to the Toyota City League A Class in 1977 and remains in the league’s 1st division. The team’s 14 members practice every Saturday morning. While many people separate their private and work lives, Yahagi Industries’ company events participation rate is an amazing 70%! Besides excursions and parties, we also hold regular golf competitions on holidays, and are proud of the fact that there is no barrier between superiors and subordinates, which reflects our company culture, and where all can communicate freely.
